Product Integration Checklist

Use this checklist when starting a new product.

Repository and workspace

• Has the GitLab repository been created?
• Is SSH access working?
• Is the repository cloned correctly?
• Is the workspace correct?
• Is AGENTS.md present at the repository root?
• Is PDP.md present at the repository root?
• Is code-server configured?
• Is the branch strategy defined?

Build and validation

• Are build and test commands defined?
• Does CI pass?
• Is the release procedure defined?
• Is deployment defined?

Operations

• Is health checking defined?
• Is monitoring defined?
• Is rollback defined?
• Is documentation complete?

Completion signal

If every checkbox is satisfied, the product integration baseline is ready for normal development and delivery.
