Operate the deployed product and manage maintenance or iteration.

- The product has been deployed

- Operational ownership
Activities¶
- Monitor the product
- Handle incidents and maintenance
- Feed lessons learned back into the next iteration
Engineering responsibilities¶
- Keep operational behavior visible and supportable
AI-agent responsibilities¶
- Help summarize operational signals when asked
- Do not fabricate operational status
Required artifacts¶
- Monitoring data
- Incident or maintenance notes
- Follow-up work items
Validation¶
- The product remains healthy or the issue is appropriately managed
Exit criteria¶
- The product is stable enough to continue operating or enter another iteration
Approval or gate¶
- Operational acceptance gate
Handoff¶
- Move to Maintenance / Iteration or back to earlier phases as needed
