Purpose¶
Create the working project structure needed to begin implementation.

- Architecture is approved

- Repository plan
- Workspace plan
Activities¶
- Create the GitLab repository if needed
- Prepare the project workspace
- Set up the code-server workflow
- Establish the initial branch strategy
- Add initial scaffolding and documentation
Engineering responsibilities¶
- Ensure the repository layout supports the implementation plan
AI-agent responsibilities¶
- Create or update files according to approved requirements
- Report the scaffold and any validation performed

Validation¶
- The project can be opened, edited, and built in the expected workflow
