Purpose¶
Validate the integrated change against the expected behavior and risk.
Entry criteria¶
- The change is integrated or ready for test validation
Required inputs¶
- Integrated code or package
- Test plan or expected checks
Activities¶
- Run automated tests
- Perform additional verification where needed
- Review failures and fix defects before proceeding
Engineering responsibilities¶
- Ensure testing covers the relevant risk surface
AI-agent responsibilities¶
- Execute approved tests and report outcomes
- Avoid claiming success without actual validation

- Failure analysis if needed
Validation¶
- Required tests pass or approved exceptions exist
